At xMed (a product of Experts InfoTech Pvt Ltd.), we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare management solutions, including Hospital, Clinic, Lab, and Pharmacy ERP software. Because our services are digital and involve resource allocation upon activation, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Free Demo and Trial Period

We encourage all potential clients to utilize our Free Demo and consultation services before making a purchase. This allows you to evaluate the xMed ecosystem—including the Patient Portal, Doctor Portal, and Pharmacy POS—to ensure it meets your facility’s specific requirements.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans: Subscriptions billed on a monthly basis are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Plans: Refunds for annual subscriptions are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be prorated based on the number of months used, and a [Percentage, e.g., 10%] administrative/setup fee may be deducted.

3. Implementation and Setup Fees

Any one-time fees associated with software implementation, data migration from previous systems, or custom feature development are non-refundable once the work has commenced. These fees cover the technical labor and server resources required to initialize your healthcare environment.

4. Technical Issues

In the event of a documented technical failure or "downtime" that prevents the use of the software for an extended period, xMed may, at its discretion, provide a service credit or a partial refund.

Refunds will not be granted for:
