Can xMed connect to my lab analyzer?

Yes. xMed LIS interfaces with hematology analyzers and most lab machines over Serial, USB, or LAN using standard protocols. Results are captured automatically and pass through a two-step approval workflow.

Do you provide a patient portal and online lab reports?

Yes. Patients can view, download, and share reports via live QR codes through the xMed patient portal. Reports can also be delivered by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
